Our Service Standards

We’ve all been there; you walk into a port-a-potty to find that it is the most vile, filthy experience you’ve ever encountered. 2 Pees in a Pot’s service standard strives to make sure you never have to undergo that again. With a combined 50 plus years of customer service knowledge, Michael and Neenah share the same desire to provide the highest quality and sanitary experience for their customers.

How we are going to bring the portable toilet rental experience to a whole new standard:

  •  Always answering the phone
  •  2 ply toilet paper
  •  Deodorizer
  •  10 step cleaning process
  •  7 gallons of blue water
  •  After Hours Services
  •  Friendly service
  •  Well maintained equipment
  •  Residential friendly experience
  •  Locally owned and operated
  •  All our units have sanitizer included

 Other Providers

  •  They don’t always answer the phone
  •  1 ply toilet paper
  •  Have to pay extra for deodorizer
  •  2 step cleaning process
  •  4 – 5 gallons of blue water
  •  After hours services not always available
  •  Friendly service if you’re lucky
  •  Old, rusty, filthy equipment
  •  Not on your life for a residential friendly experience
  •  Not always locally owned and operated
  •  Units don't have sanitizer included
